My God I love to cook. If you've actual been reading any of this, you already know that! And I love to cook for a crowd - it means I get to show off my culinary prowess and there's nothing like having your friends request their favorites! Some of my friends faves include guacamole, gazpacho, chocolate chip cookies (Tom loves these!), oatmeal raisin cookies (a favorite of the Albany PD) and my amazing chocolate cream pie! All of the above are vegan, too, for you heart-healthy folks. I will include a recipe directory here at some point. I swear! |
